1. Though an ERP system had been implemented more than a decade ago, individual divisions had created workarounds over time, resulting in poor controls and audit observations

2. No standardization of roles and access rights leading to poor controls and inconsistent quality standards.

3. A decade-old ERP that still did not have centralized processes. Non- segregation of duties resulting in poor control system.

1. Helped in setting up a shared services division comprising systems and processes

2. Helped create and set up standard systems and processes in Finance and Accounts for Order to Cash, Procurement to Pay and Record to Reporting for Shared Services Department

3. Helped develop and define standard roles and job profiles leading to better checks and balances, controls and savings

4. Enabling shared services ensured proper segregation of duties and quality standardization.
